RAMEN MOZU / AKASAKA
Basic Menu
A clear broth layering the umami of chicken and dashi, finished with white wine. Our original MOZU noodles are gently folded as they are served. Wheat sweetness slowly melts into the spaces between the strands, so the first mouthful and the last taste subtly different. Please enjoy it as it is, before stirring.

The Town
In the Edo period Akasaka was lined with samurai residences; from the Meiji era it grew as a district of restaurants where politicians and officials gathered, and after the war it became a town of entertainment and television. Our small shop is run in this historic neighborhood. Directly connected to Akasaka Station on the Chiyoda Line, and within walking distance of Akasaka-mitsuke, Tameike-sanno and Nagatacho stations.

Interior
Real wood is used throughout the 23-seat counter. Refined and calm in atmosphere, yet the interior stays relaxed and casual. A space where dining alone is welcome, and first-time visitors can feel at ease.
